Frontend Developers
We want someone that can argue the merits and deficiencies of Mootools, JQuery, and Prototype over breakfast. . . and then eat cross-browser bugs for lunch.
You should have the ability to see everything you make from the eyes of the user and an excellent sense for simple, clean design. Lingt is small enough that
everyone has significant input on the direction of our development, so we are looking for coders that are creative and visionary, as well as darn good at
writing code. You should have solid experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery. Experience with Django, Flash, iPhone development, or Photoshop is a plus.
Backend Developers
We want someone that is easily excitable over database optimization, streaming media, and getting networks to play
nicely together. You should have significant experience managing large, scalable backends. Experience with EC2, or Red5 is a huge plus.
